Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using this website.

These are the legal notices and terms of use that apply to the various websites (collectively, the “Site/s”) operated and administrated by the Levant Group or any of its affliates, divisions, or subsidiaries (“Levant", "we," "us," or "our") that provides content or processes the information received through the applicable Site, each as appropriate and applicable.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which incorporate our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL") and other applicable UAE laws.

We reserve our right to modify the Terms of Use at any time without any notice to you. Please read the Terms of Use every time before you use the Site in case of any changes. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms of Use, please do not use the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • Rectification: Correct inaccuracies.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases, but provisions such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing law survive.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

16. MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
